Returns, Refunds And Exchanges

At the Little Fig Co we stand by all the products we carry and are confident you will love your purchase.  For products purchased online and delivered within Australia, we will accept returns for change of mind or faulty products within 14 calendar days from date of receipt.  Please note that original shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Items must be returned in their original condition.

Fiddle Leaf fig trees are unable to be returned.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics.  These are not faults.  If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact hello@littlefig.com.au

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your goodies. We’ll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.

Reduced items and sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit note.

CHANGE OF MIND

We stand by the products we sell on Little Fig Co, therefore if an order does not meet your expectation we will happily refund you, as long as the product is returned postmarked within 14 days of receipt, in its original re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused) with original packaging and tags still attached. This includes the product manual and packaging. Please be mindful not to assemble or modify a product before returning it; otherwise we will not be able to refund your purchase. Little Fig Co is also unable to refund, and return an item where the packaging or product is returned damaged or marked. Any items sent in boxes should be sent back in the original box, free of damage and postal labels.

Please allow up to 30 days business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  In the event the returned product is returned damaged or marked, and a refund and return is declined, you will be required to pay for postage to have the product sent back to you.

PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR RETURN

When returning an item we ask that you also enclose a copy of the tax invoice or order confirmation email with the returns form as proof of purchase. We ask that you complete the returns form listing a reason for returning the item. If you have lost your returns form please email us at hello@littlefig.com.au  The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. Little Fig Co will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned to us. For your own peace of mind we recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using express post or registered post to track your item. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that it has been processed. We will then refund your item at the purchase price (minus original shipping costs).

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund less the shipping fees. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel an order, which has not yet been despatched, please contact us in writing at hello@littlefig.com.au. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the order to us. Please follow the ‘preparing your item for return’ guidelines above.

FAULTY AND WRONG ITEMS

If you believe the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@littlefig.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty or wrong item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.

When returning a faulty or incorrect item we ask that you please follow the guidelines from the section “Preparing your item for return”.
