Shopping at the Little Fig Co is safe and secure. Our site encrypts your information and makes sure this information is only visible to you and Little Fig Co. Where you do suspect fraud, you will need to contact your bank immediately.
Once your order has been processed, you are unable to change or cancel the order. However, you may return the order for an exchange or credit note.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We understand that you wish to receive your product as soon as possible after purchasing it from Little Fig Co. For those items that are in stock, we provide an estimated delivery time for each product. For those products that are made to order, or are not currently in stock, information will be provided on our website of the estimated availability date for each product. At Little Fig Co we try and keep our stock levels updated at all times, but in rare circumstances items may have become unavailable. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within five business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.
If you are not at your place of residence during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address. This is important for most deliveries, which require a signature upon receipt. Please note we are unable to deliver to your post office box.
Cost of delivery may depend on your location as well as weight and dimensions of the product. We will always try to save you time and money where ever possible.

We provide delivery to most Melbourne metropolitan suburbs, please check if your postcode is with in our delivery zones on the cart page.
We offer Free pick up from our Richmond Pop Up Store, open Saturdays Only 10am to 2pm, 268 Swan Street Richmond VIC 3121 or by appointment from our warehouse.
Little Fig Co products are delivered utilizing the following shipping and delivery methods:
Couriers – Small Items – 5 working days.
Our Bambino range is are lightweight items can be shipped via Local Road Express Courier. Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature at delivery, however you can select an authority to leave at door during checkout. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox and your parcel will be left at your freight depot for pick up. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Couriers – Medium & Large Items – 5 working days.
Fiddle Leaf Fig Trees cannot be shipped by Australia Post or other local express couriers and therefore we will deliver them throughout metropolitan Melbourne with our specialised fleet. For larger items our freight deliveries require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in good order. Due to liability issues, the customer is responsible for bringing any merchandise into their home.
Items will be delivered to the address you provided while placing an order. If you provide a PO BOX as the delivery address, we will need to contact you for an alternative delivery address as some of our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO BOX.
If, for any reason, our shipping partner is not able to successfully deliver your product(s), they should leave a card with instructions on how to either collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner (in case of regular parcels) or to re-arrange the delivery (in case of larger items). In these situations, Little Fig Co reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the net amount (i.e. the amount you paid minus shipping costs or storage costs).
Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.
In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), Little Fig Co reserves the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you’d like to check to see if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for the Fiddle Leaf Fig trees because they sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
PICK UP OF PURCHASES
This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in person avoiding delivery charges. Collection will be based on availability of the product. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
During the checkout process you may elect to collect the items in your shopping bag. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection.
